Magic Box is built by a one-person shop with a community of pilots flying it. Pick the channel that matches your question:

Bug reports — what to include
Section titled “Bug reports — what to include”If something’s actually broken (not “I don’t understand how to do X”), email is best. Include:
- Firmware version — Web UI → Diagnostics → System Info, or LCD menu
- Hardware — which radio, receiver, HOTAS, FC if you have one
- What you did — repro steps
- What happened — observed behavior
- What you expected — desired behavior
- Any error message from the Web UI
- Diagnostic bundle if available — see How to Update → What if it fails?
The more concrete, the faster the fix.
