Privacy Policy
This policy describes how SilverFoxRC ("we", "us") handles personal data on the silverfoxrc.com website and in the SilverFox Publisher application. SilverFoxRC is operated by Przemysław Gałązka. Contact: [email protected].
1. Website (silverfoxrc.com)
The website is a static product site. You can browse it without creating an account and without providing any personal data.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address and use it solely to send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated automatically.
2. SilverFox Publisher (TikTok integration)
SilverFox Publisher is an internal content-publishing tool operated by SilverFoxRC. It uses the official TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish SilverFoxRC's own marketing videos to SilverFoxRC's own TikTok account. It is a single-operator tool: it is not distributed to the public and does not process data of any TikTok user other than the account owner who explicitly authorizes it.
2.1 Data we access
- OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) issued by TikTok when the account owner authorizes the application.
- Basic account information returned by TikTok during authorization (open ID, display name, avatar), used only to confirm which account is connected.
- Publishing status metadata returned by the Content Posting API (upload status, post ID), used only to confirm that a publication succeeded.
2.2 How we use it
Exclusively to authenticate against the TikTok API and publish video content that we created ourselves to the connected account. We do not read other users' data, comments, follower lists, or direct messages. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
2.3 Storage and security
- OAuth tokens are stored in the encrypted macOS Keychain on a single operator-controlled machine. They are never written to plaintext files, source code, or third-party services.
- The OAuth redirect endpoint (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) handles the temporary authorization code in transit only and stores nothing.
- Video files published through the tool are our own marketing content, produced by us.
2.4 Sharing and retention
- We do not sell, share, or transfer any TikTok data to third parties.
- Tokens are retained until the account owner revokes the application's access (TikTok app: Settings → Security → Apps and services) or asks us to delete them, whichever comes first. Revoking access immediately invalidates the tokens.
3. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example your newsletter email address) by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
4. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date above always reflects the latest revision. Material changes to the SilverFox Publisher section will be reflected here before they take effect.
